By using the Englingo mobile app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Use of the App
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, permission from a parent or legal guardian is required.
- Account responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Prohibited conduct: You must not misuse the app, disrupt other users' experience, or interfere with the proper operation of the system.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Englingo offers automatically renewing subscription plans that provide access to all lesson content. Subscription options and prices are shown clearly inside the app.
- Monthly: 3.99 USD / month
- 6 Months: 19.99 USD / 6 months
- Yearly: 34.99 USD / year
Prices may vary by country and may be updated from time to time.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Payments are charged through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, sounds, and other materials in the app belong to Englingo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without our prior written permission.
5. User Content
When you submit voice recordings, comments, or other content through the app, you allow Englingo to use, edit, and share that content worldwide, indefinitely, and free of charge.

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." Englingo does not guarantee that the app will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or securely.
8. Limitation of Liability

Englingo reserves the right to update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be published in the app and on our website. Continuing to use the app means you accept those changes.
