By accessing or using the Englingo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the App or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with its proper operation.

Englingo offers auto-renewing subscription plans that provide full access to course content. Subscription options and pricing are clearly presented in the app.

• 6-Months: $19.99/6 months

• Annual: $34.99/year

These prices may vary by country and are subject to change.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payments will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

All content, trademarks, logos, audio materials, and features of the App are the property of Englingo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

By submitting audio recordings, comments, or other content to the App, you grant Englingo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your content for educational and quality improvement purposes.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. Englingo does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Englingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

Englingo reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted in the app and on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
